Woods Bows Out of Buick Open |

Tiger woods announced today that he will miss the Buick Open next weekend. He has opted to stay close to his wife and new born girl, Sam Alexis. Woods reports that the sponsor, one of his biggest, was very uunderstanding of the situation and looks forward to seeing him in the field next year.
This marks another first in this rollercoaster year for woods, two seconds at majors he let slip away and as last year's champion will not be available to defend his crown. We can only imagine this is a first of many scheduling/life changes to come for the 31 year old father.
